The hotel is run by a permanent resident of Australia who ran a successful restaurant in Sydney, and has been a pioneer of the tourist industry in Jaisalmer since 1969. The owner, Mr.Jag Bhatia together with his wife Mrs. Bhatia also run the successful 8july restaurant inside the fort, which is a popular meeting place for travellers, which is situated opposite the city’s palace.
In the hotel recent restoration and great care has been taken to re-create both the soft hues of the desert together with the vibrant colors of the ethnic Rajasthani peoples, merged together with modern amenities to create an experience that will captivate, invigorate and inspire you and your loved ones when visiting the ‘Golden City’ of Rajasthan.
